Johnny Koepp
The vanguard of our Veritas leadership, John “Johnny” Koepp is a born, raised, and community rooted business owner in Fort Worth. Extensive construction experience, forged character and values serving in the U.S army, and complimented by olympic level world wide wrestling excursions. Together Johnny and Austin are growing Veritas to be the premier restoration and construction company in his own hometown of Fort Worth, Texas. Combining charm, integrity, truth, and above all else a genuine dedication to putting the client and community first, you will want to have Johnny working on your project.

Austin Ford
Austin was born and raised in Tarrant County, with a long line of Texans in his family. He has over 10 years of experience in home services and construction and has been an entrepreneur for 25 years. He specializes in implementing business systems that produce a smooth client experience. When he’s not working, Austin enjoys spending quality time with his family and enjoying the outdoors with his daughter Trinity. As the VP of Sales and Operations, Austin continually strives to provide the best service possible to our customers.

Ed
Ed Cohen, Director of Field Operations at Veritas Roofing, brings meticulous expertise to every project, having built hundreds of roofs with an unwavering focus on quality. A native Texan from Houston, raised in Dallas with French roots, this UT Austin geophysics alum speaks fluent English, French, and Spanish. Ed’s leadership shines in his care for crews and subcontractors, demanding high standards while fostering unmatched support. An avid art enthusiast and collector, he’s devoted to his family, loves hiking, rock n roll, and floating the river. Ed’s passion and drive make him the heart of Veritas’s production department.

Brady
Brady McCool hails from the rural community of Graham Texas. His road to Veritas began in the real estate industry where he earned his stripes offering top-notch care and customer service negotiating over a thousand residential property sales nationwide. Initially a transaction manager; his appetite to help others and learn afforded him new opportunities as a repair negotiator and then an investment analyst. Between Veritas phone calls and marketing efforts, our communications manager is also a critically acclaimed songwriter, plays dozens of instruments and performs locally every week with his one-man-band act. He loves Jesus, the Dallas Cowboys and resides in Midlothian with his wife Maddie and their two children.

Kimberlie
Kimberlie Alberty is an organized and supportive Office Manager who keeps daily operations running smoothly. With a background in accounting and admin work, she helps create efficient workflows for both office and field teams. She’s currently pursuing her degree at WGU and enjoys spending her free time involved in animal rescue and caring for her growing collection of plants. Kimberlie is known for her friendly communication style and dedication to creating a positive, productive workplace.
Office Manager
Matthew
Matthew brings over 1,000 roof installations supervised since 2018 to Veritas Roofing, showcasing his expertise and dedication. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time at the park with his two dogs, Alli and Gator, and immersing himself in Civil War reenactments, driven by his passion for history. Matthew’s adventurous spirit also leads him to activities like horseback riding, camping, and target shooting. His diverse background includes service as a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy from 2008 to 2016, followed by roles in the medical field as an ER Technician and Telemetry Monitor Technician. Despite his busy schedule, Matthew remains a dedicated supporter of FC Dallas.

Cole
Cole has carried on the tradition of strong integrity throughout all his years of experience at Veritas. Cole vies to ensure that he brings every possible solution to the table and helps customers find the one that best fits their specific needs. Cole is a U.S. Navy Veteran with a degree in criminal justice from UNT. He currently lives in Fort Worth Texas with his wife Kylie and their son Wyatt.

Grant
Grant came on board with Veritas in 2018. While working on Veritas’ systems and operations, Grant strives to encourage people to explore the wonders of God’s creation and push beyond their comfort zones toward a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Grant graduated from Texas A&M in 2006 with a degree in Recreation, Parks & Tourism, and gathered experience working with outdoor education in Alaska, Australia, Colorado, South America, New Zealand, New Mexico and Texas. Grant currently lives in Arlington, Texas, with his wife Jashley and son Dante.

Clay Jenkins is a seasoned professional with over 27 years of expertise in sales, marketing, business development, and leadership. He thrives on a customer-first approach, consistently delivering exceptional service and positive experiences. Committed to mentorship and fostering growth, Clay cultivates a culture of continuous learning to ensure sustained success for both his team and organization. Clay holds an International MBA from Thunderbird and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University. Outside of work, he enjoys family time, attending football games, and pursuing interests in archery and hunting.

Seth, an East Tennessee native and Navy veteran, brings five years of experience in opening and building roofing markets. Though now living in Oklahoma City, he is a passionate fan of the Tennessee Vols and Atlanta Braves. Known for his amazing energy, dedication to every project and his team, Seth is truly one of a kind! When not working, he enjoys attending live events, playing golf, and staying active.

Aaron "Doza"
Aaron “Doza” Mendoza brings electrifying energy and years of sales expertise to Veritas Roofing as Field Marketing Manager. Leading with a fun, supportive vibe, he recruits, trains, and motivates a dynamic team, ensuring homeowners receive stellar service from first knock to final installation. Outside work, Aaron’s passions include marksmanship, acting, photography, and travel, with a love for spikeball, boxing, snowboarding, and skateboarding. Known for his infectious positivity and relentless drive, this self-starter makes work fun while breaking records. Doza’s knack for connection and commitment to excellence make him a Veritas standout.

Freddy is a driven individual with a wealth of knowledge from years of construction experience. He has a passion for bringing the best possible service to our clients. Freddy loves the outdoors, country music, axe throwing, fishing, marksmanship, and spending time with his large family consisting of two loving parents, five sisters, and seventeen nieces and nephews. His positive attitude, strong bilingual communication skills, and determination make him a great asset to the team.

Originally from Nebraska, Bob has called Texas home since 2002. With 17 years of experience as a mortgage broker and real estate agent in both California and Texas, Bob transitioned to helping homeowners repair and improve their properties over the past 9 years. A passionate golfer and football fan, Bob is also proud of his son, a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force stationed in Honolulu, with a grandson on the way.

Mike McCary brings a hands-on, people-first approach to Veritas Roofing as a Project Manager. Being raised in the family construction business, he learned the value of hard work and ensuring every job is done right. He broadened his skills serving the community as a Firefighter, Police Officer, and later trained law enforcement teams around the world. Mike’s knack for connecting with people ensures seamless, top-tier projects for clients and crews alike. Off-site, he’s adventuring with his wife and kids, tearing it up on 4-wheelers, or hunting and fishing. His dedication to quality, teamwork, and exceptional results makes Mike a cornerstone of the Veritas team.

Matt Reynolds, Project Manager at Veritas Roofing, brings a faith-driven, team-focused approach to every project, backed by three years in home building. A Navy veteran, Eagle Scout, and proud American from Kansas City, Missouri, this DFW transplant excels at connecting with clients and crews. Raised on his family’s cattle ranch, Matt loves BBQ and potlucks. A UCM alum with a BFA in Illustration, he enjoys drawing, rock climbing, hiking, and two-stepping. His Christian faith guides his commitment to quality and community, making him a Veritas standout.

Jacob
When Jacob is not repairing homes you will find him hunting or fishing nearby. Born and raised in the Carrollton area with eight other siblings. Growing up I got the itch to build and begin a contracting company at 17 years old. After doing home remodels for a few years he changed directions and pursued a career in personal development at Equinox as a trainer. Training has now moved back to hobby status and he is back to his roots in construction ready to help and serve the DFW residents affected by storm damages.

Micah Sherman is a dedicated family man with many years of experience in construction. He currently resides in Keller, Texas and he is the proud father of a baby boy named Miles and has been happily married to his beautiful wife Maggie Sherman since 2021. In his free time, Micah enjoys spending quality time with his family, playing golf, and participating in church activities as a member of Milestone Church.

Isaiah is an Air Force veteran, family man, and Christ follower. With his extensive experience in the military and history as a handyman, Isaiah has developed a strong work ethic and attention to detail that he brings to all aspects of his life. He enjoys spending time with his family, siblings and nephews. He is also an active member of his church and strives to reflect the love and compassion of Christ in all that he does.

With 12 years of competitive golf experience, Landon thrives on the challenges of the sport. Beyond his professional pursuits, he finds profound joy in his family and faith, drawing strength and inspiration from these core values. Driven by his passion for golf, excellence in roofing, and supported by his family and faith, Landon continues to pursue his dreams with determination and a positive outlook.

Jim Randell, born and raised in Anchorage Alaska but finally arrived in Texas in 2018. I have a technical background spending time with Microsoft and Berkshire Hathaway but my passion is in DIY and helping people. My beautiful wife and I have 3 children ranging from 14 years old to 34 years old and a granddaughter who is 10 that lives with us. I got into the roofing industry because I saw too many bad actors out there and wanted to help people and make a difference. I have found that with Veritas Roofing and look forward to helping as many people as possible navigate the intricacies of roofing and insurance.
