Initial Visit
One of our home restoration specialists will inspect your roof and create a photo report to confirm and document the damage. We will then review the report with you and advise you with the best options specific to your situation, your specific insurance carrier, and the type of damage found.
File A Claim
We will walk you through the claim filing process if your roof qualifies. You’ll receive a service agreement so you know what to expect from us throughout the process and all the details on the new roof we promise to build you. We make any temporary repairs to your home if needed to protect your home from further damage.
Insurance Adjuster Meeting
It is essential that our home restoration specialists meet your insurance adjuster to provide some accountability from another trained professional when inspecting the damage. We know what damage qualifies, how to speak to adjusters, and ensure everything is done legally. Additionally we can advise you on next steps if you are faced with a denied or repair-only estimate from your insurance carrier.
Insurance Repair Estimate Review
Our experienced staff will analyze the scope of work, provided by your insurance carrier. We use the same software as the insurance companies to guarantee they have assessed the damage correctly and provided the right amount to fund the proper restoration of your property. We send an accurate estimate and pursue the corrections if adjustments are necessary.
